Return Policy

***Please do NOT use Canada Post services at this time to return your packages***

Returns and Exchanges:

If you would like to return your recently purchased item, please use the return info slip included in your package to ship the pair you would like returned to the address below. Please do NOT put shipping labels directly on the shoe box that is being returned. 

All items must be in unworn and returned in original packaging. Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item. 

If you are interested in exchanging your recently purchased item, please ship your item back to the address below and purchase the replacement item. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of mailing back returned items to our warehouse. Please note that items purchased on sale are final and can only be exchanged for another item or store credit. It is also important to note that products purchased with a discount code are considered sale items, therefore they can only be returned for store credit or exchange.

Due to the high cost of shipping multiple items out to you. Please note; we will apply a $10 restocking fee per item if the returned item's' exceeds a 1:1 ratio of the items kept from a multiple order transaction.

Please allow 2- 4 business days from the day we receive the returned package for refunds to be processed. 

We recommend that you contact one of our fitting specialist at support@billyfootwear.ca  if you are unsure of the size as we will work with you to ascertain that the proper size is selected prior to shipping.
