🛍️ Billy Footwear Canada Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If not, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Between 30 -60 days from your purchase dated, returns are accpeted for store credit only. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase.
Please review our return guidelines below:
✅ Return Guidelines:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition & packaging 📦
- Final Sale items (clearance pricing) cannot be returned 🚫
- Items bought on sale or with a discount code can only be returned for store credit 💳
- A $10 restocking fee applies if more items are returned than kept in a multiple-item-order
- Please do NOT place shipping labels directly on the shoe box when returning items. A $20 penalty will apply for shoe boxes returned damaged, altered, or for shoes returned without their original box
🔄 Processing & Refunds:
- Returns take 5-10 business days to reach our fulfillment center 📅
- Once received, we will inspect & process your return 🛠️
- Refunds take 2-10 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your bank) 💰
- Shipping costs are non-refundable 🚚💨
🔁 Exchange Policy:
- We do not offer direct exchanges 🔄
- Instead, return your item for a refund and place a new order whenever you're ready 🛍️
